Restaurant / Cafe
A booking website people actually finish
BeforeEnquiries arrived by call and DM, and got lost between staff.
NowBookings land on their own, with the table details already filled in.
The situation
Reservations came through phone calls and social media messages, handled by whoever picked up. Details got lost in the handoff between shifts.
They also had no proper presence online — the atmosphere that made the place work simply wasn’t visible to anyone who hadn’t already been.
What I built

The site
The room, the menu and the story, built to carry the feeling of the place rather than just list the details.

Booking flow
Date, party size and contact captured in one short flow, arriving complete rather than as a message someone has to chase.
What changed
Reservations arrive with all the details, so nothing is lost between shifts.
The restaurant has something to send people, instead of relying on walk-ins and word of mouth.
