Tiffin service
An ordering app with delivery tracking
BeforeOrders taken over the phone, deliveries assigned by calling each rider.
NowCustomers order themselves, riders get assigned in one tap, and everyone can see where the order is.
The situation
A tiffin service running on phone calls. Orders came in by call or message, went onto a list, and were handed out to delivery staff by calling each one individually.
Subscriptions made it harder — most customers were on a repeating plan, so the same orders were re-entered by hand every single day.
What I built
Customer app
Customers browse the day’s meals, pick their sabjis and rotis, and place the order themselves.

Admin panel
Plans, dishes, orders and delivery assignment in one place. Subscriptions generate the day’s orders automatically instead of being re-entered.
What changed
Daily order entry for subscription customers stopped being a manual job.
“Where is my tiffin” calls dropped once customers could see the status themselves.
